Our Management service can include the following services;

• Cleaning and preparation of your holiday let apartment by trained and experienced housekeepers to an excellent standard.
• Provision of a welcome pack as agreed with you (this will normally include tea, coffee, sugar, milk, water, Orange Juice)
• Meet and greet of the guests on arrival to provide keys, sign paperwork and take payment if required.
• Routine property maintenance (light bulbs, sticking doors, marked walls etc) at guest changeover and as required.
• On call support and organising any emergency support or maintenance as required.
• Provision of 4 star hotel standard linens and towels within the property.

In addition to the above services we can arrange for guest key collection from the Royal Mile as well as an office location for guest services and a luggage storage facility All invoiced per guest departure at fixed agreed cost.
