
To lease your property to us you are guaranteed your property would be maintained in the highest order and unlike students, our professional housekeepers visit and clean every property on a daily basis which no student or even professional tenant cannot compete with. Unlike some of our competitors we actively discourage hen and stag parties, don’t offer sofa beds, folding beds or other such arrangements and never sleep more than four guests in a two bedroom and two guests in a one bedroom apartment.
Also, more importantly, we pay above current market rent with no fees, commissions or void periods and with 12 month leases there is no need to look for new tenants twice a year. Of course, we only acquire properties which are very well furnished and in excellent condition throughout which is why we reject 75% of all the apartments we are offered. However, if needed we can evaluate how we would incorporate your property into our existing portfolio at minimal cost thus improving the capital value and long term investment you currently hold.
