We have listed below some of the questions most commonly asked by our guests prior to their arrival. If you have any question regarding our self catering apartments or general information prior to arriving in Edinburgh not answered here fell free to contact us directly.
What Time in Check-in?
With your booking confirmation you will receive directions and we ask that you contact us 30 minutes prior to your arrival and we will arrange for one of our staff to meet you at the apartment you have booked. Check-in after 9.00pm will incur an additional fee.
Check-in time for all our apartments is 3pm - 9pm. Outwith these hours by arrangement only.
What Time is Check-out?
Check-out time for our apartments is 11am. A late check-out up to 1pm can be arranged, please enquire.
What if we are early, can we leave our bags anywhere?
If you arrive early you can leave your bags at our store Marchbrae Clothing, 375 High Street, Edinburgh until we are able to check you into your apartment.
