Where do we get our keys?
With your booking confirmation you will receive directions and we request you contact us 30 prior to arrival and we will arrange for one of our staff to meet you at the apartment you have booked. Check-in after 9.00pm will incur an additional fee.
What Time in Check-in?
Check-in time for all our apartments is 3pm.
What Time is Check-out?
Check-out time for our apartments is 11am.
What if we are early, can we leave our bags anywhere?
If you arrive early you can leave your bags at our store Marchbrae Clothing, 375 High Street, Edinburgh until we are able to check you into your apartment.
