Where do we get our keys (Royal Mile Apartments)?
If you are staying at any of our Royal Mile Apartments, St Giles Apartments, Advocates Close Apartments please go to our shop Marchbrae Clothing, 375 High Street, Royal Mile, Edinburgh. If you inform one of the shop floor staff you are booking into one of our apartments our booking agent will come up to meet you and take you to your apartment.
Where do we get our keys (Nicolson Apartments)?
If you are staying at our Nicolson Apartments Complex please phone 30 minutes prior to your arrival and our booking agent will meet you at West Nicolson Street and show your to your apartment.
What Time in Check-in?
Check-in time for all our apartments is 3pm.
What Time is Check-out?
Check-out time for our apartments is 11am.
What if we are early, can we leave our bags anywhere?
If you arrive early you can leave your bags at our shop Marchbrae Clothing, 375 High Street, Edinburgh until we are able to check you into your apartment.
